Every good structure needs strong foundations, and Haymans Group is no exception. The company was founded by an entrepreneurial spirit who wanted to inspire change, help others and create great workspaces.

Haymans Group was born in the diverse and fast-growing city of Bristol. Building on the strength of the many talented people who joined our ever-growing team, we continue to expand our range of services and create robust systems that enable us to provide the best service possible for our customers.

GIVING BACK


It has always been our goal at Haymans to be a catalyst for change. Our company never has, and never will operate independently of the communities around it. As a business, we sincerely want to help those around us. We use the knowledge, experience and services we have to make the communities in which we work a better place to live. Giving to local charities and supporting local causes, both practically and financially, is a crucial part of what we do.

As a company, we are committed to motivating and empowering others, sharing our experience for the good of everyone. We firmly believe that we have a responsibility to share knowledge, which is why we started the Haymans Academy.

The Haymans Academy is a programme that offers school leavers the opportunity to work in a practical, hands-on service environment. While working with us, they will learn vital skills that will help provide them with a job for life.

As a positive alternative to university or a desk job, we offer young adults the chance to work in their choice of service area within Haymans. This provides them with a vital opportunity to put into practice the skills they are learning while at college, while at the same time, gaining valuable training and support from our service professionals.

We offer financial support to students while they continue with their studies and offer everyone on the scheme a guaranteed entry-level job with Haymans once they have completed their qualifications.

Our primary goals at Haymans is to provide a reliable service and add value wherever we work, whether for-profit or non-profit. Through programmes such as the Haymans Academy, we want to inspire others through our work and behaviour. Our training programmes inspire the next generation, and we’re happy to invest in their future. We aim to be transparent in all we do, valuing open and honest communication across all channels.
